2-family house "Markus". 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 500 m from the centre of Aschau, 4.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area. For shared use: property 500 m2 with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, railway station "Aschau" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, mountain railway 4.5 km, ski lift 4.5 km, slopes, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 12 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 1,8 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
