Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address ...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON-SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 - 19:00.
If you are to arrive outside these hours, please inform the keyholder.
The office is closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days before your check-in date to confirm your arrival arrangements. The keys will be avalable for you to collect in the designated safe outside the keyholder's office. The code will be provided in the travel document sent to you by email one month prior to your arrival date.
