What happens if there's a lack of snow?

I no longer wish to go to the resort I booked.

  • I can cancel my trip 48 hours maximum prior to departure, and will receive a full refund for my trip.
  • I can choose another resort and accommodation because I will receive a full refund.

I'm already at the resort.

  • If there is no snow or too much snow: Unused services will be partially refunded (skipass, ski equipment, ski lessons) (pro rata).

My Gold or Premier credit card provides compensation in case of a lack of snow or excessive snow thanks to "Snow and Mountain" insurance.
You are not covered if there is a lack of snow or too much snow. Snow and Mountain Insurance only covers you in the event of bodily injury, material damage or damage to a third party. Travelski insurance ensures you will be fully refunded for your trip (conditions apply) or allows you to switch to a resort with more favourable conditions.
