Town centre 300 m away. Shopping facilities 150 m away. ESF 50 m away. Slopes 50 m away. The residence Les Brimbelles is located in a quiet area at the foot of the slopes. Ideal for families, in winter, the ESF Champamé gathering is 50 m away, and the daycare is 200 m away. The nearest chairlift is Belle Etoile for direct access to the Crêtes (beginner area), and the Jandri Express is approximately 500 m away for access to 2600 m and the glacier. Ski return is possible closest to the building via the Demoiselles and Valentin slopes. You will be close to shopping facilities and the library. In summer, the residence is at the heart of the area for biking, hiking, and all activities at the base of the slopes (sledging, mini-golf, trampolines).

Bien situé mais l'appartement nécessite des travaux d'isolation , l'air froid passe à travers le coffret du volet roulant ( on a du colmater avec des couvertures), douche à jet mais les jets ne fonctionnent pas , la clef du casier à été inutilisable toute la semaine 😞,, la propriétaire injoignable, ce n'est pas sérieux pour de la location ..
