Passports from 01 January 2021
On the day you travel, your British passport must:
  • Have 6 months validity minimum left
  • And be less than 10 years old (even if it has 6 months validity or more left).
See if your passeport needs renewing.

Check that you have a clear page in your passport as it will need to be stamped with your travel date when you’re travelling to and from the EU.

When to arrive at the station
You should be prepared to arrive at the station a little earlier than usual. Check your ticket for your recommended arrival time and allow plenty of time to get through security and passport control.

EHIC Cards and Travel Insurance: Under a new agreement with the EU, UK residents are now able to apply for a UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) if your current European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) has expired. This will give you access to emergency and medically necessary healthcare in the EU during your holiday. 

ABTA: As we are an ABTA bonded travel company, guests booking with us enjoy comprehensive consumer protection. Your holiday will be protected under the Package Travel Regulations, which means you have the right to a full refund if, for any reason, we can no longer provide your holiday.

N.B. Processing fees for phone reservations are higher than for online reservations.

Your travel documents will be sent by email; your email address is therefore essential for your reservation. We also need your contact details (preferably a mobile phone number) should we need to contact you with any changes on the travel arrangements. We will never share your details with a third party; you can therefore enter these details in full confidence. 

£15 for online reservations made with a credit card; £20 for phone reservations. Processing fees are increased by £12 if the deposit has been paid by credit card on the site but the balance of the booking is paid by any other means of payment.
Fees may be less depending on marketing campaigns.

You may cancel your trip. However, you will need to notify us of any cancellation, either full or partial, for whatever reason, by sending a registered letter signed upon delivery to TRAVELSKI.COM / Annulation, 92-98 Boulevard Victor Hugo, 92110 Clichy, France. The date of receipt determines the cancellation request date. Remember to include the bank details of the person who paid for the trip along with your cancellation request. Travelski.com will refund the total amount except for handling fees, modification fees, management fees and amounts of insurance contributions still acquired by Travelski.com and will deduct the sums withheld in the penalties listed in the scale below: 
 
-       More than 60 days prior to departure: 25% of the price of the trip;
-       between 60 and 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the price of the trip;
-       between 29 and 15 days prior to departure: 75% of the price of the trip;
-       less than 14 days prior to departure or no show: 100% of the price of the trip.

We would advise you to book your extras as early as possible to secure the best deals, as many offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. Most extras can be added up until 4 days before departure.

It is a condition of booking with us that you and your party have suitable Winter sports Insurance from a reputable provider. It is possible for you to purchase the Travelski policy as an extra. Do check that it offers you and your family the suitable insurance cover.
