In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception before 7pm. Please call the reception of the accommodation in order to have all the information for your arrival.
Departure time: at 10am.
Keys to be collected from the Vacancéole reception

Opening hours of the reception (subject to change):
Sunday to Friday from 9am to 12pm / 4pm to 6pm.
From 8am to 12pm / 4pm to 8pm on Saturday.
To be paid on site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit: 300 € / accommodation.
Tourist tax.

Encore enchanté par le service offert par votre agence. Le logement était juste relativement vétuste et particulièrement peu équipé ! Même au niveau de l’éclairerage, c’était très sombre.

Nous avons eu un bon séjour durant la semaine. Pour la préparation de ce séjour il nous a fallu compléter notre information avant de partir : où s'arrêter à la station avec le bus de Grenoble, comment joindre l'agence pour l'installation dans le studio et pour la remise des clés à la libération du studio pour le départ, enfin où aller chercher nos skis. Ce sont des informations nécessaires, que nous avons pu obtenir, mais il a fallu bien préparer ce séjour. De plus nous avons eu à verser une caution bancaire pour le studio, information que nous avons eu sur place. Pour ces informations nous avons questionné Travelski à Paris et l'Agence au 2 Alpes. Nous avions ce qu'il fallait pour nos repas et c'était bon. Le studio était comfortable.
