Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address, etc.) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside of these times, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to arrange the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be stated in the travel document sent a month before your arrival date via email.
Departure time: by 10 AM.
