Please contact the agency in advance to obtain the code for their box. Similarly for the bedding, a drawer/storage system is provided for this purpose (in the same location).

Het ontvangst was even een gedoe want ik had niet goed begrepen wie ik nou moest hebben en welk appartement van ons was. Het was verwarrend dat het appartement los zit van de receptie daar. Maar goed dat was eigenlijk het enige, verder was het appartement prima voor de prijs. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. De plek was niet ideaal met de steile weg omhoog, maar dat wisten we van tevoren dus daar hebben we rekening mee gehouden. Bedden waren ook prima, sliepen best lekker, zelfs als volwassene in het stapelbed.

La résidence n'est pas à 50m des pistes comme indiqué, il n'est pas possible de partir ski aux pieds, il faut sortir, aller à l'escalier le descendre, marcher, puis trouver la piste bleue. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, il n y avait pas de salon de jardin sur le balcon. Personne ne nous a recontacté à ce sujet. L'appartement était sale, il n y a pas eu d'état des lieux à l'arrivée et nous avons attendu un sacré bout de temps avant que quelqu'un nous réponde, puis nous apporte les clés.
