Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
Keys will be available in the designated safe outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
Arrival time: from 4 PM.
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to notify the reception before 5:30 PM.

Reception opening hours (subject to changes) :
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 12 PM and 5 PM - 7 PM.

To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival:
Deposit: 300 €
Tourist tax.
