In case of late arrival, it is imperative to reception before 18:00.
Check out: before 9:00.
Key handover at the agency Seclym (lost key fee €7.50).

Opening hours of reception:
Every day: from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

To pay on site the day of arrival:
Deposit (by bank card): €220 / apartment; €500 / apartment.

    1ère réservation pour nous avec Travelski, et quelle surprise! nous avions réservé 2 appartements, et suite à un soucis avec la résidence, on nous appelle pour nous proposer un énorme chalet! Une équipe très pro qui a su rebondir pour nous apporter entière satisfaction! Un grand merci! seul bémol, accueil assez froid et même désagréable d'une des personnes à l'agence lors de la remise des clés, mais extérieure à travelski

    Généralement hébergement très bien. Seul bémol insuffisant places assises confortables dans le salon. (Chalet pour 14 personnes.)

    Super chalet, spacieux, à deux pas des pistes. super équipés (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes), baignoire à bulles et sauna, le top ! un bémol : manque d'équipement dans le local à skis.
