Contact the agency the week before arrival. The check-in must be done in advance by phone or e-mail.
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence before 5 pm. Late arrivals must be notified by telephone during opening hours or by e-mail at least 24 hours before arrival.
Departure time: between 8am and 10am.
Opening hours of the telephone centre:
Every day from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
