This 25m² apartment with a mezzanine for 4 people, located on the 1st floor, consists of:

- A small bedroom with 2 single beds (2x1 person)
- Large south-facing balcony with outdoor table and chairs
- Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchen utensils.

- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Board games, raclette/fondue machine.
- Mountain view
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows, and bed linen.

The residence "LES BALCONS DE VENOSC" is located near the ski slopes, ski rental shops and all amenities:

- 300 metres from the Le Diable chairlift, just a 4-minute walk from the slopes
- 1 km from the ski school
- 500 metres from equipment rentals
- 300 metres from small shops

Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are at an additional cost:
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 70€

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.
