Welcome to the residence "Lauvitel", Diable area of the 2 Alpes resort.

This apartment, with an area of 37m², ideally accommodates 4 people and is located on the 6th floor with a lift. It consists of:

- Living room: Pull-down bed (1x2 pers), sofa, reclining chair, and television;
- Fully equipped kitchen (2-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, toaster), open to the living room;
- Balcony - West facing;
- Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (4x1 pers) and television. NOTE: the 2 upper beds are considered supplementary beds for children;
- Bathroom with bathtub;
- Separate WC;
- The accommodation has duvets and pillows;
- Mattress sizes: 80x190, 140*190;
- Ski storage;
- Lift;
- Outdoor parking adjacent to the residence, private and free, subject to availability and not guaranteed.



The "Lauvitel" residence is ideally located:
- 80 metres from the ski slopes;
- 600 metres from the ESF
- 180 metres from equipment rental
- 200 metres from shopping facilities

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at extra cost:
- Bed linen kit: 16€ / bed
- Towel kit: 12€ / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: 90€
- Pet supplement: 9€ / day

A deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
