The Residence Plaine Alpe is located in the heart of the resort, approximately 150 metres from the Casse du Boeuf chairlift and the ski school meeting point. You can quickly access the entire Serre Chevalier area.

Upon your arrival, we will welcome you at our MOUNTAIN COLLECTION SERRE CHEVALIER offices in LA SALLE LES ALPES.
You can check into your apartment from 3 PM until 6 PM (summer hours).
On the day of departure, you must vacate the premises by 10 AM at the latest (summer hours).
The agency's phone reception is open every day from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM.
If arriving outside of these hours, please contact us to arrange your arrival.
To be paid on-site on your arrival day:
Deposit (Blue Card only).
Tourist tax.
Additional paid services, subject to availability.

Nous sommes des habitués de la station et de cet immeuble. Nous savons qu il est extrêmement bien placé. Le logement était parfait en terme d espace mais nous avons été déçus de la propreté et des équipements du logement surtout pour le prix de 2300€ (prix sans draps, serviettes, ménage, lit bébé). L agence a été réactive et nous a offert les frais de ménage mais l appartement a besoin d un bon rafraîchissement : meubles qui collent, rideau de douche jaune, petits vers séchés dans la vaisselle, poussière ++, lave vaisselle qui marche 1fois sur 2, couvertures et alèses sales, lattes du canapé/lit complètement défaites, manque de rangement…bref nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement.
