- 500 metres from the Arselle chairlift, about 9 minutes on foot from the slopes;
- 900 metres from the ski school (ESF);
- 400 metres from rental shops;
- 300 metres from small shops;
- 40 metres from the free shuttle bus stop and 100 metres from the convenience store.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
