In the district of Walchen 4 km from the centre of Piesendorf, 7 km from the centre of Kaprun, 10 km from the centre of Zell am See, on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 6 km. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 6 km, slopes 6 km, ski bus stop 1.5 km, sled run 1 km. Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 300,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 2,05 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
