Zellberg 4 km from Zell am Ziller: Magnificent views , house equipped with a unique relaxation area. Child friendly, comfortable cottage "Anita", 960 m a.s.l.. Above Zell am Ziller, in the district of Zellberg, 4.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change 2 times per week. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Gondola lift 6 km, ski bus stop 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 6 km, Ski-Zillertal-3000 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Each apartment has free access to 2 hours to the relaxation area. Hammam "Aqua Life" offers a unique experience with its cedar wood tub filled with spring water heated to 35-40° C. Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 1,8 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
