In the district of Zellberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 12 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: meadow. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 4 km long motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Zell" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertalarena, Hochzillertal, Fügen / Hochfügen. Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 100,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 1,8 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
