In the district of Hainzenberg 4 km from the centre of Zell, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 14 km from the centre of Gerlos. For shared use: property, lawn and trees, meadow. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Zell am Ziller" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlos-Zillertalarena, Hochzillertal, Hintertux / Tuxer Gletscher. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen, Tuxer Gletscher. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives in the same residence.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 1,8 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
