Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days prior to arrival to define the arrival arrangements.
The keys will be available in the secure box designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified on the travel document sent one month before your arrival day by email.
Departure time: before 10:00.
To be settled on-site on the day of your arrival:
Deposit to be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard): 350.00 EUR to be paid on-site at a flat rate.
Tourist tax: 1.50 EUR to be paid on-site per person per day.
