Facilities of the residence: lift, ski storage. Public parking. Shops 550m, grocery store 50m, restaurant, bar 550m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 600m, train station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17km, swimming pool 400m. Ski tow, chairlift, ski slopes 50m. Ski school 600m, children's garden (winter) 250m, toboggan run 600m. Please note: In good snow conditions, ski access to the house. Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home. The swimming pool mentioned is located 400m from the residence: it is the municipal outdoor pool. Children aged 3 to 5 are allowed access depending on weather conditions (in winter).
