About Apartment Rosi (SOE300)
Apartment house "Rosi & Lore". In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 150,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 4,0 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
