Located on the 2nd floor of the residence, with lift, it benefits from a very pleasant living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The dining area with its large table will permit you to share convivial moments with friends or family. The living room is equipped with a wood stove, which will make your evenings even warmer.
Two very nice bedrooms complete the ensemble.
The charm of this flat lies in the exposed framework, but this implies that part of it is under slope.

The rental price includes: made beds, bathroom linen (2 towels per person, 1 bath mat in each bathroom), 2 kitchen towels, a cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cloth), welcome products, utilities (water, electricity, heating except for the wood-burning stove), cleaning at the end of the stay (except for the kitchen area and the washing-up area) and 1 covered parking space.
The rental price does not include firewood. Prices on request.
