The residence is located close to all amenities and ski slopes (about 5 minutes walk).

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

- Living room with access to the south-facing balcony and a cathedral roof offering maximum sunshine and a superb view of Mont Vallon.
- Kitchen open to the living room with its bar and perfectly equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine... ).
- 3 Bedrooms of which:
- 1 master bedroom: double bed (160 x 190cm) with shower room and toilet,
- 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds that can form a double bed (160 x 190cm) with storage,
- 1 bathroom 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet,
- Ski locker in the residence with dry shoes,
- Non-smoking apartment,
- Animals not accepted.

The price of the rental included: beds made, towels (2 towels per person, 1 carpet of bathroom in each bathroom), 2 kitchen towels, a cleaning kit (sponge, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, rag), hospitality products, charges (water, electricity, heating without wood stove), household at the end of the stay (except kitchen and crockery corner) and 1 garage space.
The rental rate does not include wood fireplace. Price on request.
