Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.

Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please contact reception.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
For arrivals outside the agency's opening hours :
A key box system is available for holidaymakers, in the passage to the left of the entrance door of the agency (at 159 Route des Grandes Alpes - LA CLUSAZ). Please contact the agency in advance to obtain the code for their box. The same applies for bed linen, a drawer/storage system is provided for this purpose (at the same location).WINTER

ARRIVALS ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 4 PM AND 7 PM
