General description of the residence
The C8 apartment (38m²) is superbly located in the heart of the Chinaillon village between the ski slopes and the main street of the village, in the building Les Pistes du Soleil C, built in 2002.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, and a mountain corner with a bunk bed. The main room features a kitchen area, a dining area, and a lounge space. The bathroom includes a washing machine. The toilets are separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. In addition to a complete selection of crockery and kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, and raclette machine. The dining area and lounge are fitted for 4 people. You have access to a large balcony that faces south and overlooks the ski slopes, furnished with a table and garden chairs.
It benefits from underfloor heating and radiators in every room.
A ski room is available for use from inside the building and a garage (closed box) is provided.
The price includes bed linen (sheets, towels, dishcloths, bath mat - beds made on arrival!). A cot and a high chair are available.
The end-of-stay cleaning is included; however, the premises must be left in a reasonable condition (beds unmade, bins emptied, dishwasher emptied, etc...).
WiFi is available at an additional cost on request at the rate of €50 per week.
