Seefeld: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, gondola lift, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school, children's ski school 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Geigenbühel 400 m, Gschwandkopf 2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 3,5 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
