Only 300 metres from the slopes and 140 metres from the shopping facilities, this functional studio is ideally located in the heart of the resort, with a free bus shuttle stop right outside the residence. Situated on the first floor with a lift, it offers a surface area of 25 m² and a northern exposure.

The living area features a sofa bed for two people (140 cm), and a sleeping area separated by a curtain accommodates two single bunk beds (the top sleeping area is not suitable for children under 6). The bathroom includes a bath with WC.

The kitchenette is equipped with a combined microwave oven, two induction hobs, a refrigerator, and a filter coffee maker. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player are available.

The accommodation is provided with individual electric heating and communal hot water. A ski locker is available on the ground floor along with a ski shoe cupboard at the entrance of the apartment. This is a non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Ideal for group stays, this studio can be combined with a two-room apartment for 6 people (ref: ANB101) or other studios for 4 people located on the same landing (ref: ANB102, ANA109).
