Just 300 metres from the ski slopes and 140 metres from the shops, this functional studio is ideally located in the heart of the resort, with a free shuttle stop directly opposite the residence. Located on the first floor with lift access, it offers 25 m² of space and a north-facing exposure.

The living area includes a double sofa bed (140 cm), and a separate sleeping area with a curtain features two single bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, two induction hobs, a fridge, and a filter coffee machine. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player are provided.

The property has individual electric heating and collective hot water. A ski locker is available on the ground floor, along with a ski boot cupboard located at the entrance to the apartment. This is a non-smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Ideal for group stays, this studio can be combined with a two-room apartment for 6 people (ref: ANB101) or other 4-person studios on the same floor (ref: ANB102, ANA109).
