Situated on the 4th floor of a residence with lift access, it features a south-east facing balcony with open views of the ski area. A free shuttle bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds; upper bunks not suitable for children under 6), and a pull-out single bed. The living room offers a double sofa bed and a pull-out bed with two single mattresses. The bathroom includes a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, and filter coffee maker. For added comfort, the apartment features an LCD flat-screen TV, individual electric heating, a ski locker, and access to public outdoor parking in the resort. The property is non-smoking.
