On the 4th floor of a residence with a lift, it has a south-east facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the ski area. The free bus shuttle stop is located right in front of the building.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds, with the upper sleeping area not suitable for children under 6 years old) as well as a single pull-out bed. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and a pull-out bench offering two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, refrigerator, and filter coffee machine. For the comfort of all, the apartment has a flat-screen LCD TV, individual electric heating, a ski locker, and access to outdoor parking in the resort. The apartment is non-smoking.
