Schwendau 3 km from Mayrhofen: Very beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Tristner Appart", built in 2023. 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Hippach, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing). Private: small garden. In the complex: sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, heating to be paid on the spot (01.May. - 31.Oct.). Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 700 m, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 25 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 1 km, Zillertal Arena 6.5 km, Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Aufenfeld 8 km. Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 400,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 2,2 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
