This apartment benefits from included services (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- bed linen, made beds, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

Please note that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint, will be requested upon your arrival.

- the keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and collected before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment will be handed over clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
