We would like to inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.

- keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
