General description of the residence
The Arpasson 075 apartment of an area of 60 m² and facing South with a direct view of the slopes. Nice apartment completely renovated, comfortably accommodating 8 people. No sleeping in the living room. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (80x190), that is 4 beds, a bathroom and separate WC. An open kitchen onto a bright living room: the kitchen is equipped: vitroceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional filter coffee maker.
Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a shower room with WC and the mezzanine hosts the television area with a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 beds (140x190). Balcony facing South with a view of the slopes and Mont Vallon. Ski locker in the residence. Lift. 5th floor. Non-smoking apartment / Pets not allowed.

THE DISTRICT: Hameau du Mottaret district ideal for skiers. All residences have very easy access to the slopes. You will find all necessary shops: supermarket, sports shop, restaurants, bars, etc. You can access the centre of the Méribel Mottaret resort by a free cable car: the Chalets telecabine.
