We provide a team of professionals responsible for the key handover arrangements during your stay. It is essential to contact them using the details on your voucher to arrange these procedures prior to your arrival and departure.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, conditions for late arrivals, key handover address...) will be sent to you via email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If arriving outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, please contact the office a few days prior to arrival to arrange the arrival procedures.
The keys will be available in the designated lockbox outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date via email.
Departure time: before 10 AM.
To be paid on-site, on the day of your arrival:
