This pretty renovated apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Mélèzes II residence. Small south-facing balcony (view of the mountain and the slopes)
It is arranged on 3 levels (triplex):
- Level 1 (ground floor): Entrance and separate toilet
- Level 2: the sleeping area (2 bedrooms) and the shower room.
- Level 3: the living space with the equipped kitchen and the living room
It is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- 1 bedroom, smaller, with 2 bunk beds (90x200)
- The living room with 2 single sofa beds.
!!!! FOR SAFETY REASONS THE WOOD STOVE IS UNUSABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!!!!
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a traditional oven, a large refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, dolce gusto, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has been completely redone with a spacious shower and double sink!
TV (with chrome cast) and internet connection.
Ski locker
Small pets are accepted.
WINTER: Bed linen and towels delivered to your apartment and end-of-stay cleaning included.
SUMMER: End of stay cleaning included. Bed linen (sheets) and towels not included (optional services). This accommodation is not a member of the Multipass system.
