This apartment offers inclusive amenities (except for short stays under 5 nights):

- bed linens, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get your stay started.

Please be informed that:
- a security deposit via credit card authorisation will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 5 PM and 7 PM and must be returned before 9 AM on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of violation of this strict non-smoking policy (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation equivalent to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
