For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:

- A personalised welcome on your arrival day,
- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with the actors of the resort: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants of the resort
- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:

- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of €2000 will be requested before your arrival from our partner Swikly
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on your arrival day between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on your departure day.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
