For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by bank card imprint without debit of €2000 will be requested before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly

- the keys will be handed to you on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and collected before 9:00am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitization of the apartment.
