- sheets, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 bin bag and all-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €1800 will be requested before your arrival on behalf of our partner Swikly

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and should be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
