Perfectly located on the slopes, at the foot of the Aup de Veran gondola and just 500 metres from the shopping facilities, this 18 m² garden-level studio offers direct access to the ski area. It features a south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the slopes.

Designed to accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for 3), it consists of a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two, and a sleeping area at the entrance with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old). The kitchenette includes an oven, a microwave, two electric hobs, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A flat-screen TV is available for your relaxation. Heating and hot water are communal. A ski rack is accessible in the communal area on the ground floor (please bring a padlock), and an outdoor parking area is available at the station. Non-smoking accommodation.
