Charming apartment for 4 people for a stay with family or friends, in a quiet residence, with ski-in/ski-out access. This cosy apartment is ideally located as it is very close to shopping facilities and has a bus shuttle stop just at the foot of the residence. South-west facing, it offers a lovely view of the resort and mountains from the balcony.

A dining area, with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher for a true holiday without chores, an oven, an induction hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a table and 4 chairs.

This apartment comes with included services (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):
- bed linens, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 toilet roll, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and all-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.
Please note that: - a deposit via credit card imprint will be required upon your arrival.
- keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned by 9am on your departure day.
- the apartment will be handed over in a clean state, and we ask that it be returned in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.
