This apartment includes the following amenities (except for short stays under 5 nights):

- bed linens, made beds, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel, 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag, and all-purpose cleaner).


Please be informed that:
- a security deposit will be required upon arrival, via credit card pre-authorisation.

- keys will be handed over on your arrival day between 5 PM and 7 PM and should be returned by 9 AM on your departure day.

- the apartment is handed over clean; we kindly ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation of 50% of the security deposit.
This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
