North-facing, mountain view, in a quiet residence, ski-in ski-out, close to shopping facilities, with a fine organic grocery store just opposite to buy your fresh bread!

First gondola lift is 50m from the residence. Bus shuttle at the foot of the residence to take you anywhere in the resort, free bus service. Supermarket is 300m from the residence, as well as the sports centre, swimming pool and shops. Ski rental shop is 250m from the residence.

This apartment benefits from included services (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- bed linens, beds made, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

Information: the residence's lift stops at the 6th floor!


We would like to inform you that :
- a security deposit, by credit card imprint, will be required upon your arrival.

- keys will be handed over on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned before 09:00 on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation equating to 50% of the security deposit.
This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
