General description of the residence
The Le Concorde residence is ideally located approximately 300m from the shopping facilities of Pré Long and the departure point for the slopes of the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area by the Fréjus cable car. It features a vast garden of 1000m². The ESF is 500m away and the Pontillas lake with its natural swimming areas is located 800m from your mountain holiday rental.
This ski holiday accommodation includes: a bedroom facing north with two single beds of 90 cm, a living room with a sofa bed for two people measuring 160 cm + another sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooker with electric hobs and oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster) open to the living room, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Shared parking for the various Concorde residences.
