General description of the residence
This studio cabin of 26 m², located on the first floor with lift of the Doris residence in the Forêt area, benefits from a prime location just 250 metres from the shops, at the foot of the Gérats chairlift and in immediate proximity to the free shuttle stop. The south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the ski area.
The apartment offers five sleeping arrangements distributed as follows: one double bed (140 cm) in a cabin, two single bunk beds in the closed entrance (the top bunk is not recommended for children under six years old) and a one-person sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the WC is separate.
The kitchenette includes a combined microwave oven, three vitroceramic hobs, a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee maker as well as a Senseo pod machine. A flat-screen TV is installed in the living room for the comfort of holidaymakers. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric installations.
A numbered ski locker is located on the ground floor of the residence (n°104). Parking is available in the outdoor car parks of the resort. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
In addition, many services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, towel rental, bed linen rental (included for all bookings between December and April excluding short stays), baby equipment. Also benefit from discounts of up to -35% on ski passes and equipment rentals.
"Friends" formula: possibility to rent a second studio in the same residence (ref. DOR312).
