In the district of Zellberg 3.2 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the skiing area. Private: beautiful terraced garden, 55 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Carport. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 3 km, gondola lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 1,8 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
