In a charming residence located in the heart of the Vallandry resort and less than 20 metres from the ski slopes, we offer you a studio for 4 persons located on the 3rd floor with a lift and providing you with a view of the resort and the valley.
The apartment consists of a bathroom with separate WC, a living room (with a BZ sofa bed), kitchenette and balcony.
A sleeping area in the entrance separated from the living room by a door with 2 bunk beds.
A bathroom with bath and separate WC.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, electric hobs.
Television.

Rented with a ski locker.

Bedding: 1 double sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary: one bathroom, 1 separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No booking possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered for an additional charge. You have the option to book your ski passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the ordered services upon your arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon your arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The fabric protectors must not be removed from the beds and left clean. The beds must be properly stripped with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for repositioning the furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for odour for cleaning all fabrics.
