Thumersbach 6 km from Zell am See: Modern apartment house "Heidi", 3 storeys, built in 2006. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the lake. For shared use: pergola (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, grocery 350 m, supermarket 8 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant, café 350 m, bus stop "Thumersbach Ortsmitte" 210 m, thermal baths "Tauernspa" 12 km, public bathing area 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 8 km, mountain railway 4.6 km, skisport facilities 4.6 km, ski school 4.6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe, Zell am See-kaprun. Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit in cash : 200,0 EUR Payable in resort fixed price.
Local tax : 2,0 EUR Payable in resort per person/day.
