For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services :


- sheets, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/ shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose product) to start your stay.


We inform you that :
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €1600 will be required before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly
- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation equal to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
