About Apartment Kondor
Large, simple apartment house "Kondor", 5 storeys. In the district of Gryfelblatte 600 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 230 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, address for key collection, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL.
Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
In case of arrival outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to make arrangements.
The keys will be available in the key box outside the office.
The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent one month before the day of your arrival by email.
Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site the day of your arrival:
Breakage deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard : 300,0 CHF Payable in resort fixed price.
